Chief Product Officer, Pluralsight

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role (SVP/VP of Product, Head of Product, or similar) overseeing a significant product portfolio
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing successful product strategies for B2B SaaS platforms, preferably within the EdTech, professional development, or enterprise software sectors focused on content delivery
• Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex market dynamics and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps that enhance a comprehensive learning platform
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, employees, customers, and Board of Directors
• Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude and experience using product analytics tools and frameworks to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred

• Technology & Industry Trends: Stays abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities and ensure Pluralsight's offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant in areas like AI, cloud, and machine learning
• Leading the Product & Design Organization : Creates a compelling vision for the entire Product & Design organization, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision-making
