Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or analytics, ideally supporting a post-sales or customer-facing organization
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills, plus hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate workflows, build operational tooling, or accelerate analysis
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, and post-sales objects
- Excellent communication and a bias for action: you turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
What the job involves
- As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you'll be the analytical and operational backbone of Checkr's Post-Sales organization, helping our Customer Success and Account Management teams retain and grow our customers
- You'll support the reporting, segmentation, forecasting, and process that keep post-sales running, and you'll use AI to automate the manual work and build the self-serve tooling that makes the team faster
- Partnering closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and the broader Revenue Operations team, you'll turn data into action and play a direct role in driving Checkr's net revenue retention and expansion
- Build and deploy AI-powered automations (Claude, Athean, Lovable) for recurring reporting, account summaries, and analysis, replacing manual work with scalable tooling
- Partner with RevOps Technologies, Customer Marketing, and Account Management to build signal based automation and agentic upsell campaigns, grounded in sales process
- Maintain data hygiene and process discipline in Salesforce across post-sales objects
- Partner with Sales Ops, Analytics, and RevOps Technologies to integrate data sources and deliver ad hoc analysis that informs the post-sales operating cadence
- Build and maintain book segmentation, capacity models, and account assignments for the Customer Success and Account Management teams
- Develop and run renewal and expansion forecasting, and prepare QBRs and business reviews
Our take
Checkr addresses the unpleasant and time consuming process of background checks so that companies using on-demand employees can make safer, more informed hiring decisions in less time. Background checks are a critical part of the hiring process, and CEO Daniel Yannisse noticed that they were painfully slow, resulting in loss of work for candidates and productivity downturns for employers.
Before Checkr entered the market in 2014 with its innovative AI technology and a solid $50m in venture capital funding, companies were waiting upwards of two weeks for their checks. Checkr substantially reduces this time frame and has grown to receive a $5 billion valuation.
Checkr has accelerated growth by making several highly advantageous acquisitions of competitor companies, GoodHire and Inflection. As the world of work embraces diversity and inclusion, the company announced an end-to-end service for candidates wishing to expunge their criminal records, furthering the company’s ‘fair chance’ mission and clearing 1000s of candidates for free since 2021. New products launched at the end of 2023 include Checkr Pay (providing access to payment right after a shift) and Checkr Onboard (unified onboarding processes), exemplifying how Checkr is keeping pace with a rapidly changing, flexible, and mobile-first workforce.
