• We're looking for a driven and results-oriented GTM Recruiter to join our talent team!
• You'll be responsible for hiring top talent in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations to support our GTM strategy
• This role blends autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong collaboration
• You’ll report into our Head of Talent and be based in London, with a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office)
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and G&A roles—including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on hiring strategies, market insights, and organizational needs
• Sourcing excellence: Work closely with hiring managers to define what "excellent" looks like for a given role. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools and creative outreach
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency, thoroughness, and efficiency, aligning with LILT’s “Quicker than they expect” and “Quality is Job 1” virtues
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People Ops, and the CPO to ensure seamless, high-quality candidate experiences
• Refine and optimize recruiting workflows, candidate feedback loops, and data tracking to improve performance and decision-making
