Finance Director, Headspace Health

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on business partnership, strategic planning, and performance optimization
• At least 3-5 years of people management experience
• Ideally will have knowledge and experience with Direct-to- Consumer Subscriber KPIs and metrics
• Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business outcomes
• Ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth
• Exceptional track record of self-motivation, prioritization, initiative, and integrity
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility
• Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint applications

• As Director of Finance, you will serve as the strategic finance leader for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, owning financial insight, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive growth and operational excellence
• You will report to the VP of FP&A and collaborate with cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, and Design
• We are looking for an experienced financial professional, with strong analytical skills
• You will also have demonstrable experience of acting as a business partner, supporting and challenging non-finance stakeholders
• The ideal candidate will have worked in the high-tech industry and will enjoy operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Primary finance lead for DTC growth strategy, aligning long-term business priorities with resource allocation, revenue modeling, and performance insights
• A trusted advisor to the Finance Leadership team and business stakeholders, proactively highlighting risk and opportunities related to business growth and optimal investment decisions or outcomes and providing business modeling and what-if scenarios specific to the Direct-to-Consumer channel
• Elevate our financial planning and forecasting processes, continuously improving our DTC budgeting process for accuracy and agility, leveraging EPM and analytics tools
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members, while serving as a cross-functional thought partner and change agent across the organization
• Business Partnership with clear, impactful financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior non‑finance audiences, including executive leadership and Board materials when required
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Growth to drive strategic alignment on subscriber economics, GTM efficiency, and investment prioritization—translating business performance into actionable insights for leadership
