Role
Who you are
- 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy and community management, ideally with a focus on LinkedIn
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media communities that deliver measurable business impact; experience in SaaS is a plus
- Strong data competence, knowledge of social listening tools, and expertise in translating insights and data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice and storytelling
- Experience collaborating with content, marketing, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ability to work independently and within a team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- A natural interest in internet culture, trend tracking, and community engagement
What the job involves
- We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join Culture Amp’s Brand Marketing team and grow our social presence. In this role, you’ll develop and implement a social-first strategy that engages our community while uncovering insights to guide and shape our brand
- Working closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Corporate Communications, you’ll produce compelling, timely content that resonates with our audience, amplifies our thought leadership, and fosters meaningful two-way conversations across platforms
- You’re deeply engaged with internet culture, always one step ahead of social trends. You thrive on creativity, move with agility, and love telling stories that ‘stop the scroll’
- Develop and execute a proactive social media strategy to elevate Culture Amp’s brand, with a focus on LinkedIn as a core channel
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content independently and in collaboration with our creative team
- Drive thought leadership by aligning with the Director of Corporate Communications to amplify key messages and stories
- Build and nurture a community through meaningful interactions, fostering two-way conversations and increasing engagement
- Conduct social listening to capture relevant trends and insights, sharing valuable reports that help shape our brand’s strategic direction
