Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Supported enterprise level accounts on their technical success journey successfully
- Experience in direct customer communication, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving technical implementation or transformation programs
- Experience managing high impact cross functional projects
- Experience in distributed systems with messaging or database technology
- Experience in designing architecture and proofs of concept
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Familiarity with modern cloud architectures
What the job involves
- To be an integral part of our Customer Success team by making sure our clients receive top service by maintaining relationships with HiveMQ’s current clients, addressing their technical needs as well as finding opportunities for expanding our client base
- Increase our customers' trust in and success with the HiveMQ Platform
- Proactively help customers with current and future challenges by demonstrating how various products and services can be best utilized
- Act as the technical liaison to our customers, check-in regularly and provide architectural support, support them in building technical proofs of concept and showcase new products
- Internally representing the customer’s voice towards the HiveMQ Product Management to ensure our products continue to provide the best possible value for our customers
- Work in close collaboration with the HiveMQ technical support team to guarantee that our documentation and knowledge base constantly improves, keeping our ease of use promise

The concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) presents huge potential for smart devices of the future, enabling the transferring of data between devices for cutting-edge enterprise workflows. However, it is currently difficult to transfer the necessary data quickly and reliably to facilitate a seamless IoT experience for enterprises, preventing the technology from being a reliable business solution.
HiveMQ provides an IoT data transfer solution, leveraging software designed for cloud-native deployments to utilize cloud resources and reduce bandwidth for seamless data transfers. The technology can facilitate connections of up to 10 million devices, guaranteeing that no data is lost when empowering enterprises.
Whilst other data transfer solutions are sufficient for consumer-grade connections, HiveMQ has recognised that this is not so for enterprises. The company's technology can be deployed on private, hybrid and public clouds such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, and is paired with the HiveMQ Cloud Platform to facilitate cluster management. In March 2023, HiveMQ achieved an impressive benchmark of 200 million simultaneous connections, indicating its platform's growing strength.
