Who you are

  • You have 10+ years in global talent acquisition with a strong track record in strategic recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management
  • You have expertise in sourcing and hiring across Product Development functions (Product Management, Product Design and Research, Product Analytics)
  • You have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to engage with executive stakeholders
  • You are proficient in recruitment technologies and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred)

What the job involves

  • As Lead Recruiter for Product teams, you'll shape and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, partnering with executive stakeholders to align hiring efforts with business goals.
  • You'll drive recruitment for complex senior global roles across Product Development functions.
  • Leveraging data, you'll optimize processes, mentor the Talent Acquisition team, and focus on achieving productivity, efficiency, and DEI goals while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
  • Design and implement a scalable global recruitment strategy aligned with business growth
  • Leverage data to monitor key recruiting metrics and provide strategic insights
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across regions and functions
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines, staying updated on global talent trends
  • Enhance employer branding and drive diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
  • Mentor team members and collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve onboarding and recruitment processes

Bolt is another company in the competitive ride-sharing market that's trying to take market share away from Uber in London and Europe more broadly. They operate in 100 cities and have over 25 million customers

Their strategy is to focus on markets where Uber used to have a monopoly and then they come in with a better offering for drivers

Bolt has the ability to grow aggressively for now as they're well financed. They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
