Business Development Senior, Clearsulting

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or related fields with a track record of building and managing pipeline
• 1+ years of experience using sales tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Outbound prospecting skills, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and persona-based messaging

• Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting using insight-driven, tailored messaging
• Help create a targeted account approach within your assigned region(s) and practice(s) using research, insights, and personalized messaging for individual personas
• Assist in managing end-to-end pipeline, including managing correspondences with prospects, proactively updating Salesforce, creating SOWs and proposal decks, leading vendor onboarding, and completing knowledge transfers to delivery teams
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and engagement in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Practice team members to drive sales
• Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
• Help identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns
