Content Manager, CLARK

• 2–4 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications (agency or in-house)
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for consumer audiences
• Comfortable handling admin tasks and project coordination
• Experience writing copy for email, social or web (portfolio required)
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Confident using content tools (Google Workspace, CMS, scheduling platforms)
• UK-based and able to attend office one day per week

• Coordinate guest outreach, booking and scheduling for current and future podcasts
• Prepare guest briefings, interview outlines and talking points
• Liaise with producers/editors; review and log edit notes
• Draft supporting assets (show notes, metadata, episode descriptions, social captions)
• Track approvals and publishing deadlines
• Write and adapt short- and mid-form copy for CRM, website, paid and organic social, mobile app and partnership channels
• Ensure copy aligns with brand tone and meets FCA/insurance compliance requirements
• Proof and update website copy within CMS under guidance of the Content Lead
• Maintain content calendars and social publishing schedules
• Support in briefing design for social creative and paid campaigns
• Monitor basic performance metrics and flag learnings or optimisations
• Maintain episode and asset trackers, content libraries and version control
• Coordinate with compliance, design, and marketing ops teams to ensure timely approvals and delivery
