Who you are
- Marketing Basics: At least 1 year of experience in executing marketing campaigns. Experience executing and planning email campaigns
- Great copywriting and verbal communication skills
- You want ownership in your role from the beginning and are ready to level up
- You expertly balance and prioritise your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning
- You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say "yes" to taking on new things
- Experience using ESPs & CRMs, and basic Google Analytics understanding (desirable)
What the job involves
- With 70,000+ professionals part of our communities and a never-ending supply of content, courses, events, and memberships, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to contribute to our education marketing strategy
- This is an exciting role that will focus on driving awareness and sales for our courses and memberships, collaborating with the rest of the education marketing team
- Multi-channel Marketing: Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns with support from the Head of Marketing. Contribute to the overall marketing plan and participate in wider marketing initiatives
- Consistent Quality: Deliver online and offline activity ensuring key messages/initiatives are consistent, on-brand, on budget, and on time. Create and optimise landing pages, email sequences, and other marketing channels using a variety of marketing platforms and tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. Work with the Paid Media team to create compelling multi-channel campaigns, with the Course team to ensure alignment of messaging and priorities, and with the sales team to optimise leadgen
- Affiliate Marketing: Expertly execute affiliate campaigns, engaging speakers, sponsors, and media partners to drive targeted attendance and revenue
- Measure, Analyse, Optimise: Evaluate campaign performance and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics and stay informed about industry trends, fostering continuous improvement
