Role

Who you are

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of using SQL, Python, MS Office, Snowflake
  • Skilled in big data/data processing (real time processing of data)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ETL, statistical models, and ML preferred

What the job involves

  • The Associate PM/Product Analyst will be supporting Product Management in the following functions:
  • Provide Sales and Customer Success with feasibility studies for entering new categories, data validation exercises, and communicating data findings with prospective customers in a way that affirms confidence in our product and company
  • Provide troubleshooting support for new proof of concept and MVP products while working with a select few customers during this period
  • Provide Marketing with analyses for communication materials such as data quality studies, industry trends, and competitor analysis
  • Provide Product Management with MVPs of new customer solutions such as better UI and reporting, user behavior analysis, competitor analysis, and accuracy metrics review for algorithm improvements
  • Reports to: Senior Director, Technical Product Management
