Role
Who you are
- You are highly analytical and feel confident using analytics tools (Metabase, Google Analytics and Snowflake) to identify trends, derive insights, and prioritize opportunities
- You are a hands-on growth enthusiast and have a clear track record owning and improving funnel conversion
- You take full ownership, find hands-on solutions, and drive impactful results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You love experimenting and are open to discovering new ways of tackling growth challenges. That includes the use of AI tools
- You have experience with CRM platforms like Hubspot
- You know how to write, experiment with copy, and run campaigns in Hubspot (or similar). You work closely with the marketing team, bringing the feedback to them and others
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively align cross-functional teams
- You are comfortable working independently but thrive in a collaborative, agile team environment
- You are ambitious and like having fun building an amazing company
- You are fluent in English and German
What the job involves
- Be a part of the Product team, working side by side with designers, engineers and data scientists to uncover and deliver conversion rate improvement opportunities
- Own end-to-end conversion at Banxware, from after sign-up to renewal, optimizing our Product to avoid leakage and maximize customer lifetime value
- Partner with Marketing to build feedback loops that will inform our top of the funnel acquisition strategy
- Work side by side with CRM leveraging data and automations to optimize acqusition, activation and conversion for both first time and repeat customers
- Develop a strong understanding of Operations and Risk by working alongside these critical functions across the funnel
Our take
Banking-as-a-service has allowed revolutionary banking products to offer financial services without the infrastructure of a bank. Furthermore, the development of open banking enacted regulations that would give any business consumer data, to allow fintechs to provide services and products that previously only banks could own. Most notable of these offerings are embedded financial services.
Banxware was the first company to offer fully digitalised embedded financial services. This allows any kind of online platform, including marketplaces and payment providers, to offer bank-like services, covering funding, trading, payments, loan management and bank account maintenance. This closes the gap that exists between fintechs and digital platforms with established banks by putting the customer first.
Companies like Banxware are essential for banks to be able to modernise and digitalise their services to serve a much wider customer base. Having raised multiple funding rounds and securing a strategic partnership with PAYONE (a market leader of payment services) and Agicap (a liquidity management and financial planning platform), Banxware looks to be continuing the expansion of its service offerings.
