- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with software / tech company (finance, operations or R&D functions) or consulting firm
What the job involves
- This role is an addition to Crosslake’s team of practitioners serving our clients with their investments and acquisitions
- The objective of this role is to enhance our analytical capabilities and enrich our deliverables with quantified evidence of financial and operating performance
- This role is intended to become an integral part of our teams working client engagements and interact extensively with various Crosslake teams and clients
- Business and Financial Analytics: Analysis of P&L and other financial statements to evaluate
- Companies spend on R&D, hosting, labor
- Revenue composition and trends, and margin trends
- Analyze org structure and census to profile the organization by roles, geo footprint, compensation, tenure, attrition
- Analyze key performance indicators and metrics related to key processes for a software / tech company – such as product development predictability, productivity, quality
- Perform relevant benchmarking for categories above
- Participate in sessions with clients to request the necessary data and conduct necessary interviews
- Develop presentations depicting the analysis results
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate the analysis into the overall deliverables
