Role
Who you are
- You must have proven experience (3+ years) in project management, with a track record of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
- You will have proficiency in project management software and methodologies
- You should have an understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration
- You need a strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
- You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
What the job involves
- As an Integration Project Manager at FE fundinfo, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of systems, processes, and policies across multiple workstreams
- In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Integration Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you can leverage your project management and M&A integration experience to drive operational efficiencies and maximize value creation
- Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquired companies simultaneously
- Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Legal, to drive integration activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various acquired companies
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating integration risks for each project
- Supporting the Integration Manager with monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions
