Who you are
- 3+ years in software engineering
- Strong computer science and programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms)
- Experience designing, developing, maintaining production services

What the job involves
- As a Software Engineer on the Asset Orchestration team, you will be directly responsible for building the products that hundreds of millions of people will interact with to transact and transfer assets on/off platforms like Paypal and Venmo
- You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission driven organization that rewards ownership
- At Paxos we are highly collaborative and every engineer works closely with our product team and external stakeholders to shape our roadmap and tech strategy

- Own feature development from design to implementation to testing to deployment
- Develop, maintain and improve platform capabilities that hundreds of millions of customers depend on
- Work across a cloud-native stack incorporating the latest technologies
- Scale our existing services to power the global adoption of crypto/stablecoins
