Role
Who you are
- A successful candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and strong organizational and analytical skills
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in IT help desk support
- Basic computer networking skills such as managing IT server room network switch/firewall
- Rudimentary computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS)
- Possess analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Operate the security camera system & badge system
- Good communication skills
- Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred
What the job involves
- As a warehouse IT specialist, you will help us operate various IT assets, including networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops, and laptops
- Provide daily tier 1 IT help desk support for warehouse operations, including basic networking, desktop/laptop, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode & Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, and other IT-related equipment
- Manage IT equipment inventory and assets
- Perform daily and weekly IT and Warehouse inspections
- Maintain and ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition
- Support MDF/IDF, local data center, and structured cabling
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support warehouse surveillance, storage, and applications
- Other projects or tasks assigned by IT and Warehouse Managers and/or /Directors
- Office Hours: 40 hours per week - Flexible schedule based on business needs

It's often hard to find foreign or imported food ingredients in the United States. Weee is an online delivery platform aiming to address this by offering groceries and products for Asian Americans and underserved communities across North America. CEO Larry Lui founded the company after having difficulty finding Chinese ingredients in local stores when he moved to the U.S.
Since its launch in 2015, Weee caters to approximately 300,000 households in the U.S and fulfils thousands of orders a day. Originally targeting Asian consumers, the company now brands itself as an “ethnic e-grocer” in a move to attract the United States' 60 million Hispanic consumers as well. This diversification is in response to growing competition in the Asian grocery space from the likes of e-grocers Chowbus and Umamicart and retail chains H Mart and 99 Ranch Market.
The ethnic grocery market is expected to reach more than $460 billion by 2030. Weee plan to grow into this market by launching its service in over 30 additional North American cities over the next three years, expanding into the Canadian market as well. Further, 2022 funding will be used to tap into new cultural cuisines and scale development in AI and warehouse automation.
