What the job involves

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join us on a 6 month FTC
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join our UC Service Management Office. This role involves overseeing service delivery to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
Manage and oversee service delivery operations
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to implement service improvements
Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports
Address any service issues promptly and effectively
