What the job involves

Complete foreign band withholding packets
Compile, organize, and prepare band payments
Reconcile safe
Complete vendor set ups
Issue banks to bartenders, retail sellers, box office sellers, and management
Audit all checkouts
Assistance with monthly accounting close including but not limited to; account reconciliations, journal entries, show analysis, balance sheet reconciliation
Create credit card manifests
Entering manual checks into Oracle
Reconcile petty cash
Issue paychecks
Drop change orders
Issue change as needed
Issue Point of Sales supplies as necessary
Account for all party sheets/trades/gift certificates on a nightly basis
Prepare Federal Express for central accounting
