Role
Who you are
- You must have a passion for great customer experience, sales enablement, and strong technical skills
- At least 8 years of experience as a consultant or software developer
- More than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact
- Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments
- Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and are fluent in English
Desirable
- Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus
- Experience with Milestone XProtect or other VMS technology is a plus
- A good understanding of on-premise and embedded AI technology is a plus
- We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month
What the job involves
- We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth
- You will enable sales by researching requirements, building PoCs, and modifying our AI solutions. Our solutions are at the forefront of AI development: Video and media data models and training, and you help create value with them
- You enable sales roles with strong solution designs, demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements
- You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements
- You will manage and respond to customer and partner inquiries via our ticketing system and email
- You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation)
Our take
A constant point of friction within the data collation and facial recognition AI marketplace is the problem of anonymity and privacy. From traffic cameras and driver assistance to mobile apps that use facial recognition, the privacy of the customer has often been a sticking point for privacy advocates. Brighter AI addresses these issues with its anonymisation software, redacting identifying features from individuals who’s identity have been recorded for video analysis.
Recently, the company was acquired by Milestone Systems, marking a huge moment in Brighter AI's growth. This acquisition opens the door to new opportunities, allowing Brighter AI to scale its solutions for data privacy and AI technology. With fresh resources and a renewed focus, the company is set to drive even greater innovation, shaping the future of privacy while delivering more secure solutions for businesses.
