• You have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant or software developer
• Have more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact
• You have knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments
• You have strong communication skills

• You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and continuously improve our offering
• By demonstrating and adapting our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline, you’ll help customers unlock real business value
• The prototypes and proof-of-concepts you create will be critical to their success
• You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements
• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements
• You are responsible for problem solving in a proactive and professional manner
• You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email
• You create FAQs, assist in building our online community, and write documentation
