• As a Lead Product Manager for Employer Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive growth across ZipRecruiter's SMB employer customer base, with a focus on new employer acquisition, employer reactivation, and strategic partnerships
• You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the employer acquisition journey, improve re-engagement, and build scalable product experiences that drive new paying employers and long-term customer growth
• Act as an Owner: Take full accountability for your product domain, from high-level KPI setting to the nuances of daily execution
• Lead Core Product Areas: Direct the product roadmap for your aspects of the SMB product to improve customer value and product effectiveness
