Role
Who you are
- Previous sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience is a plus, not required
- Interest in cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- Fluent in Swedish and Finnish
- A tenacious worth ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
- Grit and know how to set goals to achieve bigger goals
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly, maintaining a high call rate and ability to assess prospect’s “fit”
- A modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion
- A curious and creative mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

- We have an opening on our Lead Generation team that is a great first step into more advanced B2B functions such as Marketing, Implementation, Sales or Customer Success
- In this role you will be utilising NAVEX’s database to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team
- You will develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry as well as build skills for further career growth to demonstrate persistence, increase ability to overcome obstacles and achieve assigned goals
- As a NAVEX Business Development Representative, you will thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success!
- In this hybrid role you will be working with colleagues in our Hammersmith location Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each week
- Exceed your monthly quota by utilising your ability to assess a prospect’s “fit”
- Acquire/generate qualified business leads by cold calling; engaging with and developing prospects to be closed by Sales team
- Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
- Utilise smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors and C-suite personnel
- Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and services, conveying that knowledge to potential customers, and adhering to company messaging and positioning
- Nurture relationships with longer term prospects
- Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone and chat using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects and current customers
