Who you are
- Effective prioritisation and organisational skills with a track record of being able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Comfortable working autonomously and has previously demonstrated a strong level of comfort in driving projects forward, but is equally a team player through and through
- Highly attentive with a very keen eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving with the mental acuity to solve end-to-end problems
- Natural relationship building abilities and able to work with a wide range of people
- Fluent in English, but an additional language to business proficiency is a must - the more the merrier! We are particularly looking for German, French, Spanish & Italian
What the job involves
- The core objective for this role: Make sure people using the Perchpeek App have a stress-free relocation experience and settle into a new home without a hitch
- Everything you do will underpin this objective so if it’s not on the list, but you can think of it, then it’s likely you’ll be doing it! All-aboard the ‘Hustle Bus’! Here are the basics though:
- From the moment a person first comes to Perchpeek, to after they’ve settled into their new home, you’re responsible for working with our sales team to understand their relocation requirements and supporting them
- What can this look like? Great question! Everything from supporting their home search by recommending properties, scheduling of viewings, to contract negotiations, to helping them get set up with a new bank account, help their beloved dog join them in their new home and everything else you can imagine that somebody needs to settle in to a new home
- You’ll work closely with our Support Squad and our network of freelancers to create a best in class customer support team with lightning fast reply times 24/7
- You’ll manage and report on your pipeline of movers. This includes reporting internally to our Sales team, headed up by our CEO and Co-founder
- A big part of the role is that you’ll help us to develop and maintain our operational processes, as well as creating new ones that will enable us to achieve an awesome operational environment - we’re looking for you to stretch us and yourself to find new better ways of working and solving problems for our customers and your fellow Operational team mates
- You’ll be an expert in the customer journey and providing feedback to the Product team with insights on which platform features are most desirable to build next from an operational perspective
