What the job involves

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CAO (Chief Accounting Officer), enabling them to operate effectively and focus on business-critical priorities
Acting as a trusted partner, the EA manages complex scheduling, communication, and information flow, ensuring the CAO is fully prepared for decision-making and stakeholder engagement
The role safeguards confidentiality builds strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders and anticipates needs to proactively remove obstacles
By combining organizational excellence with discretion and business acumen, the EA plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, impact, and effectiveness of the CAO
Provide seamless diary, inbox, and travel management for executive, anticipating needs and proactively resolving conflicts
Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact, managing internal and external communications with discretion and professionalism
Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making
Organise and coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and key company events, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and delivered
Manage confidential information with absolute integrity
Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, representing the executive office with credibility
Anticipate issues before they arise and take ownership of solving them
Support on special projects, often with little notice, requiring agility and resilience
