Who you are
- Good understanding of clean code principles: testability, performance, simplicity
- Good Ruby/Rails knowledge with at least 2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of testing libraries (RSpec)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (Stimulus)
- Good knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap)
- Plus it would be nice for you to have
- Experience working with Fintech products
What the job involves
- Ship new exciting features in Ruby/Rails with a small multi-disciplinary team
- Plan the work using Agile sprints. We are getting inspired by the Shape Up model
- Triage and solve bugs; we take bugs seriously by prioritising the ones that matter and solving them to the highest standard
- Take data-driven decisions together with the team
- Work as a full-stack developer knowing when it is the right time to delegate to a specialist for help
