• In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving acquisition growth through a high-performing network of affiliate partners, expanding into new verticals, and owning channel strategy and performance
• You will partner cross-functionally with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute a best-in-class program aligned with our business objectives
• Lead Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the affiliate marketing program across key publisher categories, including content, SEO, influencers, loyalty, and comparison
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-tier affiliate partners; source and negotiate new partnerships that deliver scalable performance
• Program Optimization: Implement innovative strategies to optimize performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS), improve conversion rates, and drive incremental revenue across all affiliate touchpoints
• Creative & Placement Oversight: Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure partner assets align with campaign goals; manage briefs, asset delivery, and placement optimization
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and report on channel performance, test hypotheses, and derive insights to influence broader growth marketing strategies
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a liaison between affiliate partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand objectives
