Strong academic performance: 1.1/first at Undergraduate Level (achieved or prediction) from a strong UK university
Candidates who have achieved a strong 2.1 will be considered especially if that was achieved from a very strong university or technical subject

What the job involves

Work closely with the Head of Talent to support various talent and recruitment strategies
Utilise specialised tools to maintain and update our internal database, capturing accurate information of potential candidates
Assist in parts of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing and pre-screening potential candidates to align with the company's values
Contribute to producing lists of potential candidates as new roles arise, ensuring a proactive approach to talent sourcing
Support the Talent team in marketing strategies, helping in specific campaigns and initiatives to attract the right candidates

Application process

1. Apply via Otta: please include a cover letter minimally covering each of one of the four requirements
2. First online interview (30 mins) with a member of company leadership: this is to check suitability on both sides and ask some basic questions
3. Second online interview (30 mins) with CEO: questions will be around Encode Club's business as well as some theoretical questions to test thinking ability
4. Third online interview (30 mins) with Head of Talent: similar to the second interview
5. At home Case Study (roughly a few hours): a written piece of analytical work to test your written ability
6. Final in-person interview (1h in London at our office, expenses covered)
