Role
Who you are
- Must have at least two years’ experience working in Product, ideally in iGaming, or be able to demonstrate a compelling case for transferable skills
- Must be aware of our competitors and have strong opinions on what makes a great casino product. You should be able to conduct and present market/competitor analysis
- Must have exemplary communication skills and an ability to work with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment across multiple business functions
- Must have a considered, data and user-centric approach
- Should have a track record for successfully translating product vision/strategy into an executable product development roadmap. Experience of working with Jira and associated backlog/roadmap tools will be useful
- Should have experience of conducting testing ahead of product roll-out
- Should be used to sifting through quantitative and qualitative data to help inform decision-making
- Could have a good level of technical understanding, although not essential
- Could have a working knowledge of marketing tools and disciplines including SEO, ASO, CRM, online marketing, brand development, tracking and analytics tools
What the job involves
- You will collect and generate new product ideas and introduce enhancements to the existing products
- You will evaluate and prioritise strategic product opportunities, utilising data to inform decisions
- Working closely with customers and key stakeholders, you will capture requirements and then liaise with UX/UI, wider product and tech teams, to maximise the value each product iteration provides to our customers
- You will become an expert in our users’ needs by listening to feedback, working closely with our user research team and immersing yourself in data
- You will be accountable for the success of your product vertical, establishing and regularly monitoring core KPIs
