• Canopy AI is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to support our higher-ed sales team by proactively engaging with universities on how they can leverage our CollegeVine platform to beat their enrollment goals
• You will identify top target accounts, nurture relationships with key decision-makers through personalized engagement strategies, and ultimately expand our share of university’s recruiting budgets
• Outbound Client Prospecting:
• Live the ethos of constant prospecting; consistently build real pipeline every month through consistent testing and refinement of outbound outreach (cold calling, emailing, and in-person drop-ins)
• Speak with enthusiasm and deep expertise of the product
• Personalize outreach and consult potential prospects to think differently about solving their problems
• Inbound Client Nurturing:
• Creatively engage warm leads and multiple personas in the admissions office to nudge them into our sales funnel
• Respond quickly and accurately to prospect questions to move them along the funnel
• Product Mastery:
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product to answer queries and handle objections in real-time
