Finance & Strategy Manager, Front

• 4-6+ years of finance or related experience in a highly analytical and operational role, with direct GTM finance or strategy experience
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and understanding of business metrics
• Ability to eloquently distill and communicate financial data and complex topics to non-finance stakeholders
• Track record of helping shape a GTM organization and proven ability to partner with senior leadership
• Solid experience with planning and budgeting processes, revenue forecasting, operating expense forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business performance results
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Desirable

• Be the strategic financial partner to our GTM leaders to help design and execute organization-wide and operational projects
• Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data, in conjunction with GTMOps
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on key topics using financial, business intelligence, and other data sources/systems
• Develop in-depth understanding of growth drivers at Front across the entire Marketing & Sales funnel; connect our GTM strategy to financial implications and develop actionable recommendations to influence business strategy and direction
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure our business review and forecasting processes are in place and occurring properly to identify issues and challenge the businesses to deliver on expectations
