Who you are

Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of business experience, licensing/technology/account management experience preferable
Fluent in English, additional language a bonus
The role requires excellent communication (written and spoken) skills, strong business acumen and focus to execute. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and work well under pressure. They should be comfortable with multitasking, negotiating and driven to delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer success
Robust organisational skills
Take ownership on status reports, trackers and update calls with Licensees
Strong in negotiating skills and communication: you are result oriented and great on the phone, video-call, email and in-person
Self-starter with a positive can-do approach but able to work in a team environment with a collaborative approach to work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

What the job involves

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the success of Fabacus’ growing client base. Within this role, you will be working directly with leading global brands and licensees and will be an integral part of their consumer product & data-driven strategies, driving measurable value to their business
You will lead the engagement of licensees and manage the process of onboarding end-to-end, acting as the first point of contact on behalf of Fabacus for new licensees
Manage an end-to-end process of customer (licensee) onboarding, from introduction to maintenance
Conduct calls/meetings/training for customers to ensure business value is delivered, and expectations are met and exceeded
Perform routine data management tasks to ensure client product catalogues are up to date and maintained regularly
Become an expert on Fabacus’ service and apply to your customers’ business needs
Build and maintain relationships with your assigned customer base, via email, calls and face-to-face meetings
Maintain and track customer support processes (via Hubspot CRM)
Create relevant presentations and collateral that assist in service delivery
Monitor and review customer activity to guarantee high customer satisfaction, inspiring Fabacus advocacy across the industry
Work with cross-functional internal teams (including engineering team) to ensure that customers are continually receiving value out of the Fabacus service
Deliver regular, structured customer feedback to Customer Success team members develop service enhancements
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape
