Role
Who you are
- +4 years of experience as a product manager
- +2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or fast-growing and successful tech startup
- +2 years of experience in managing designers or product managers (at least 2 people in total)
- You live in Berlin (or you are ready to relocate!) and enjoy coming to our beautiful office several times a week
- You have a strong understanding of product management methodologies
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement
- You have a passion for understanding product trends in SaaS and product-led-growth environments
- You are an excellent communicator, you can motivate others, and you are good at managing stakeholders
- You have an extraordinary ability to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical product topics that will have the most impact on our business and customers
- You love to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take responsibility
- You are willing to 'get your hands dirty' and to support everywhere in the product department if necessary
What the job involves
- You will be the highest in our product department and responsible for our desktop and mobile application
- Define and own the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the executive team
- Manage and structure the product team, currently consisting of a UX/UI designer and product manager, and ensure alignment with the overall business goals
- Define scalable processes to prepare the product team’s growth and ensure efficiency
- Manage all product stakeholders and demonstrate that you are on top of things
- Drive long-term, high-impact features and product modules
- Analyze the business and user impact of potential features in a data-driven manner using your strong analytical skills
- Work closely with our tech, customer success, and sales teams to ensure our product aligns with technical capabilities and market demand
- Prioritise features by our customer’s and business needs
- Talk to Lumiform users, investigate analog players, have an eye on our competition, process and analyze feature requests, analyze product data, conceptualize features, brief designers, scope features with engineers, create wireframes, and do many, many other things - no two days will be the same
Our take
As the world of work changes, with flexibility and home working options increasingly becoming the norm, many employees are now viewing telecommuting as a non-negotiable option when it comes to working. While this new mode of working has a plethora of benefits, not just for the employees but their employers too, it still has its drawbacks and is one that is not easily manageable.
Berlin-based Lumiform has developed a mobile and desktop app that aims to take on this challenge. By digitising and automating the workflows of deskless teams across a variety of sectors and industries around the world, in turn making deskless management operations seamless and easy.
While the number of startups focused on making the lives of deskless workers easier has risen considerably in recent years, this hasn't slowed Lumiform down - it's already secured over 30,000 organisations across 188 countries. It has held several successful investment rounds and plans to use the capital to further drive product development and global expansion efforts.
