Who you are

8+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on data, analytics, insights, or reporting products
Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing products that simplify complex data for broad user bases
Deep understanding of commerce, SaaS, or retail ecosystems—particularly how merchants use data to optimize decisions and grow revenue
Strong technical acumen; able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists on data architecture, pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools
Exceptional product sense with a passion for creating intuitive, merchant-friendly experiences
Strategic communicator who can influence at all levels, from executives to cross-functional partners, while advocating for the merchant voice
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and advanced analytics

What the job involves

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead our Commerce Insights Experience Team
You will define the roadmap and strategy for our reporting, insights and data experience products across web, mobile and point-of-sale surfaces, delivering delightful products to help small businesses understand their success and how to grow with GoDaddy
You'll define and drive the product vision and roadmap for GoDaddy’s merchant reporting, insights, and data experiences, ensuring merchants can easily understand and act on their business performance
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products that improve merchant outcomes
Create intuitive dashboards, reporting workflows, and data visualizations that provide merchants with clarity on sales, operations, and customer behavior
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and storytelling, enabling merchants to make confident, data-driven decisions
Champion a culture of experimentation and measurement, building capabilities for merchants to test, learn, and grow their businesses
Develop success metrics that guide prioritization and measure the impact of reporting and data experiences
Stay ahead of market trends and innovations in commerce analytics, applying them to strengthen GoDaddy’s competitive edge
