Role
Who you are
- You have experience using Adobe CC
- You have good data and analytical skills and have some experience reviewing paid and organic social performance metrics.
- We're looking for a talented, high-energy, social content creator to help tell our story, grow the Honest community through paid social advertising and build the Honest brand across social channels
Desirable
- You have a love for creating engaging and impactful content, including videos, photos and graphic outputs.
- You have a strong creative eye and are comfortable designing on Canva.
- You have strong video editing skills.
- You’re comfortable getting hands-on and happy to be on camera and feature in videos.
- You're always looking to grow professionally and learn new skills.
What the job involves
- Work with our head of growth to create snappy, high-performing paid social ad content that gets clicks and attention.
- Generate ideas and manage the ad creation and iteration process, turning around new content in hours to test and optimise campaigns.
- Shoot and edit videos featuring you and other team members
- Manage some actors, creators and influencers to create additional engaging and high performing content alongside creating ads internally yourself.
- Be comfortable copywriting for paid social ads.
- Own our organic social channels, reacting quickly to social media trends and creating engaging content to grow our social following and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure the content remains fresh, impactful and compliant.
- Be excited about featuring in videos, whether it's the latest TikTok trend, or conducting street interviews 🎤
- Be comfortable working with and reviewing key paid and organic social performance metrics.

Our take
Honest Mobile was launched in response to seeing a gap in the modern market for mobiles. Mobile networks were lagging behind, set in their old ways with complicated contracts, overcharging, and keeping customers on hold -being the norm.
To challenge this, the company built Honest Mobile from the ground up to create a better mobile network for customers and the planet. With £150k in funding, Honest Mobile has created the first carbon-neutral mobile network where customers can float between networks. And on top of this, its a registered B-Corporation and plants trees on behalf of its customers.
The mobile industry has many established players who have already spent time dealing with the challenges that Honest Mobile currently faces, like price competitiveness, WiFi functionality, and rural coverage. However, by aiming to capitalise on the consumer trend of eco-consciousness, which many of the existing companies in this space neglect, Honest Mobile aims to grow its customer base. Its performance on Seedrs, an equity crowdfunding platform for startups where it raised more than £3M in an oversubscribed campaign, shows that it is clearly gaining traction in the market.
With sustainability at the core of its mission, the company has released the UK's first recycled SIMs – made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic. Honest Mobile's next step? Getting get rid of SIMs altogether!
