Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, detail-oriented person capable and curious of learning new systems and growing into a go-to-market role
General knowledge and experience working in Excel / Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of Salesforce
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Problem solver: Happy to take instruction, but when needed can independently translate a goal into an actionable plan
Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward getting stuff done
Experience completing tasks and projects in cloud-based applications (e.g. CRM, project management software, Google docs)
Based in Austin, TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week is required

What the job involves

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Lead Development Representative to help fuel Qualia's rapid growth
The Lead Development Representative will preserve and enrich our customer and prospect database to support our sales efforts
Enrich account and contact database
Work closely with revops to execute specific account and contact enrichment projects
Process data from new title registries to enrich our prospect account database
Process inbound internal ticket queue
Inbound lead uploads in partnership with marketing
Be a key player in data excellence for the sales team’s account-based approach to drive revenue

For real estate agents, closing on a property involves a complex set of multiple transactions and endless paperwork, which can risk confusing and frustrating the buyer. The real estate industry has been slow to innovate and leverage technology to create a more streamlined experience, compared to industries such as retail.

Qualia is the first end-to-end online real estate closing platform. Its suite of products brings together homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title & escrow agents, and real estate agents onto one secure, remote platform. Since launching in 2015, over half a million real estate professionals have used Qualia for their clients.

Although fully digital real estate closings still account for only a small fraction of overall closings, the company is focused on enabling all existing participants to digitize — and eventually the entire industry. According to Qualia, it’s the only way to get enough scale to actually move the process forward.
