Who you are

3+ years experience in manual exploratory testing
1+ years experience in automation (Cypress or Playwright or Selenium)
Knowledge of SQL and API testing in Postman
Excellent English skills

What the job involves

We're looking for a proactive and systematic QA Engineer who feels comfortable in test analysis and shift-left quality assurance
You’ll become an integral part of our growing development team and ensure the highest quality for Phrase products
Quality Assurance and testing of Phrase cloud-based application
Working independently in a small cross-department team consisting of 1 product manager, 5-8 developers and 1-2 QA testers
Taking an active part in our agile ceremonies
Running manual exploratory testing and implementing automated (preferred) tests as part of the team sprints
Continuously extending our existing cypress.io to have confident and quick release cycles
Work closely with other QA engineers in team identifying and implementing (automation) testing tools to support our test strategy (bi-directional contract testing, backend testing, Java based API framework etc)
