Skool is a platform for creating learning communities on which creators can host student communities and course content on a single platform.
The platform offers social media-like networks but for e-learning. In fact, services that Skool offers were initially carried out via Facebook Groups and a learning management system. The company has married the two together with the added element of gaming, so it is fun and engaging, without the distractions unique to a platform like Facebook.
Skool is a new player to the industry, but its innovative use of social media structures, a market with enormous worth, to provide educational purpose, makes this an exciting venture to watch.
