Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a machine learning or artificial intelligence engineer
- You have a computer science degree or a degree in ML / AI
- You have extensive experience with Python
- You have experience with NLP, document retrieval tasks and have at least done a few side projects using LLMs
- You have been part of a team that shipped products or large features to users
Desirable
- Previous experience at an early stage startup is a big plus
- You want to start your own startup down the line
What the job involves
- Brainstorm, research and validate new ideas to improve the models we’re using
- Ingesting, transforming and saving the massive amounts of data we have on candidates and companies
- Improving candidate and company search by coming up with new features to find relevant candidates more effectively
- Improve our usage of LLMs to come up with better searches, filtering and candidate messages by doing prompt engineering, fine tuning and other techniques
Application process
- Cultural fit interview with both founders
- Technical design test: 2h take-home assignment and 1h interview to discuss results
- Coding interview: 3-4h take-home assignment and 1h interview to discuss results

This investment is being used to round out the founding team and build on the platform's capabilities. While it is still early days for Hiring Agents, if it can live up to its promise, it is sure to make a big splash in the recruitment sector.
