Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas in competitive markets
- Experience working across diverse European and ROW markets, with a strong understanding of regional nuances
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategies
- Highly organized and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts to align with company objectives
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
What the job involves
- As the Sales Manager - Europe, you will lead and develop a team of 5 Account Executives (AEs) across Europe and the Rest of World (ROW) territories
- You will drive growth by fostering a high-performance culture, managing your own sales quota, and refining market-specific strategies to position our solutions effectively
- This role combines leadership, strategy, and direct sales responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to impact our global expansion efforts
- Foster a high-performance, highly accountable sales culture to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Coach, manage, and develop Account Executives to identify and address skill gaps, providing ongoing training and support
- Own and manage a personal sales quota while supporting AEs in strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations
- Understand market differentiators across Europe and ROW territories, tailoring positioning and messaging for each region
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Proactively monitor the sales pipeline and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with regional objectives and Revenue Operations to optimize workflows and tools

Our take
Leap Tools is an AR visualization platform that helps retail customers visualize the products they want to buy within their own homes. Using augmented reality, it purports to increase eCommerce conversion rates by five times and increase web transactions by 10%.
Through its visualization app Roomvo, Leap Tools is able to show what products - mainly homeware and furniture - will look like alongside people's other possessions. The idea is to turn potential customers to real customers because they don't have to rely on their imagination.
This simple solution solves a leading problem in eCommerce at a time when the majority of all shopping journeys begin, if not end, online. Leap Tools made its way onto Deloitte’s Fast 500 and Fast 50 for Canada in 2022, indicating a real interest in the product visualization software.
