Product Engineering Manager, Replit

• 5+ years of building web applications

• As a Lead Software Engineer on the product engineering team, your job is to drive projects and mentor engineers across Replit’s core products while making replit.com a fast, intuitive, and secure place to build
• Lead large engineering initiatives including:
• Defining user experience and implementation with partners
• Building for startups and businesses using Replit
• Developing new primitives for both our product and infrastructure
• Lead projects end to end, working across multiple teams and cutting through uncertainty
• Mentor other engineers, and set the stage for what product engineering should be
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and our business to make large projects happen
