Who you are

2-5 years experience in a technical support or helpdesk role Experience with Linux system administration, container technology, and/or services oriented architecture solutions
Strong communications skills both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
Curious and able to troubleshoot challenges
Experience with LDAP and SSO platforms
Knowledge of database configuration and troubleshooting: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
Experience building and curating internal Knowledge Bases and Documentation
This position is remote, and we will consider candidates from all Pacific time zone locations for this role

Desirable

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience supporting both on-premise and SaaS solutions
Experience with file store management a plus
Experience with machine learning products

What the job involves

Provide telephone, screen sharing, and ticket-based (eg. Zendesk, JIRA) support to troubleshoot issues with our customers
Maintain strong lines of communication
Provide world class customer experience by delivering satisfaction to every case for every customer
Identify workarounds and communicate technical solutions to the customer
Remain current with the Hyperscience product functions and features, and with related technologies in our ecosystem
Participate in the 24/7 support on call duty for production down tickets
Reproduce customer problems in test environment
Partner with product and site reliability teams for continuous improvement
Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to others on the team, or to developers or management as appropriate
Document findings and ensure that Hyperscience’s support knowledge base is utilized effectively and maintained and expanded over time

Our take

Manually entering data from handwritten forms can be time-consuming and costly, but when scaled to millions of forms annually the problem becomes more serious. Hyperscience is automating data entry by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to provide near-perfect accuracy on robotic process automation (RPA).

By reducing the volume of manual work involved, companies can save time, reduce clerical errors, and cut costs. Many of Hyperscience’s partners are enterprise IT consulting companies such as Accenture, Atos, Cognizant, Deloitte, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services.

The company have raised impressive funding following rapid growth. However, Hyperscience recently had to lay off a considerable part of its workforce, with its CEO also stepping down. However, following the appointment of a new CEO in April 2023, the company is getting back on a path of regrowth and rapid expansion.
