Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in payments, FinTech, or related financial services
- Proven capability to lead product streams end-to-end with ownership of product details and priorities
- Technical proficiency, ideally with experience coding or working closely with engineering teams
- Experience managing supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent customer collaboration skills, with experience working closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate these into product improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align product efforts with commercial objectives
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance continuously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment and to make rapid, confident decisions independently
What the job involves
- Join Kody as a Product Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and executing our product vision in the payments space
- You will manage multiple product streams related to payments, finance, and loyalty, working closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers
- This is a senior-level position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically savvy product leader who thrives on digging into the minutiae of product development and decision-making
- You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with limited up-to-date documentation and high expectations for making independent decisions quickly
- Success in this role will be measured by your ability to own every product detail, maintain prioritization clarity, and engage all stakeholders effectively
- You will have the freedom and responsibility to focus on the activities that drive the highest commercial impact
