Who you are

BS in Computer Science or related fields
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one programming language (preferably Java, Go, or Python)
Experience with large scale, low latency, highly reliable systems
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Bias for action; ability to inspire a team
Experience in Cloud platforms, both cloud specific and open source (e.g., Kubernetes, Airflow, Dataflow, Spark, Redis, BigTable, etc.)
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub, AI Tools, etc.)
Some experience with SRE best practices

What the job involves

The Common Infrastructure team is responsible for the platforms and infrastructure that form the bedrock of the Moloco Ads business
Lead infrastructure projects, frequently overseeing the efforts of more junior engineers
Identify and drive platform improvements and adoption
Contribute to impactful efforts around engineering velocity, system reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Extend platforms and build tooling foundational to the company
Collaborate with other engineers at Moloco to build the best mobile advertising platform in the world
