Who you are

What the job involves
- Qualifying inbound leads into sales-ready opportunities and nurturing those who aren’t sales-ready yet
- Keeping our CRM data up to date and enriching it further
- Working closely with our Account Executive teams on the quality and volume of generated pipeline
- Coming up with own ideas and innovative ways of qualifying leads fast and effectively
- Enjoying close collaboration within your team about current processes, new ideas and Sales Development function at Leapsome
- Refining and developing your skills to progress your career further through coaching with your manager, courses and our feedback culture
- Delivering an outstanding prospect experience throughout every touch point
