Partnerships Specialist, Twitch

• The ideal candidate is confident in approaching talent, skilled at building trust quickly, and effective at motivating creators to start streaming
• You pair strong creative instincts with a data-driven mindset, stay plugged into emerging cultural and digital trends, and understand what makes (or could make) a creator successful on Twitch
• 1+ years in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management
• A creative thought process with a passion for the creator economy
• An understanding of how and why creators become successful on and off Twitch
• A proactive mindset to stay current on streaming trends
• A hunger to push past the status quo and not let any existing roadblocks stop you
• A sense of ownership and autonomy
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Identify promising creators across platforms, spot emerging trends early, and proactively reach out to talent who could thrive on Twitch
• Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to view Twitch as a meaningful next step in their careers
• Onboard new creators with clear guidance and support, helping them quickly gain confidence and early traction
• Manage programs that surface organic inbound creators and triage them for dedicated or scaled support
• Build trust with creators as they grow, champion Twitch within the creator community, and surface insights that shape the Partnerships roadmap and long-term creator success
