Who you are
- Are enthusiastic about solving design challenges big and small

- Are pursuing a degree in a related field; or new grads with around 1 or less years of experience
- Understand fundamentals of UX, interaction and visual design and pay attention to detail
- Have strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- May not know everything about product design yet, but willing to learn and grow their skills
Desirable
- Have experience designing for cross platform products (Web, android, iOS)
- Know how to use Figma

What the job involves
- Kickoff projects with mini design-sprints with fellow designers to conceptualize new ideas
- Take it to the end-zone with high-fidelity mockups and prototypes so engineers can ship your pixel-perfect designs
- Tackle design bugs and upkeep the Sleeper design system and UI patterns
- Come up with creative marketing ideas that will blow our users’ minds
Our take
The popularity of being able to create fantasy teams and enjoy watching sports virtually has taken socialising around sports to a virtual level. In fact, the fantasy sports market size is expected to reach $48.6 billion by 2027. Sleeper was initially an app on which users discussed fantasy sports, but in 2017, it began hosting free fantasy football leagues, competing with sites like Yahoo. Integrating social media and sports, the company is now known to be one of the best DFS communities to hang out on.
Through substantial funding, Sleeper is expanding the game offerings on its platform and in 2022, release a new feature called Wallet that enables users to sync their preferred payment methods to the platform.
There has been consistent growth for the platform since its founding and it has successfully attracted a loyal user base.
