Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in selling strategic solutions to enterprise companies. Extra credit for experience selling into HR
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the flexible workspace industry and its key players
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a clear focus on business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
What the job involves
- As the VP of Sales at Upflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by selling our strategic solutions to enterprise-level companies
- This is a unique individual contributor role, where you will be expected to leverage your deep experience and network to generate new business opportunities and close deals
- Strategic Sales: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with enterprise-level companies, ensuring that Upflex meets its revenue and growth targets
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and position Upflex as the solution
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the market, identifying trends, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management, helping to shape the company's strategic direction
- Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
