Role

Who you are

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategic Account-Based Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or strategic account management - ideally within a particularly niche market
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in the niche B2B space
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (hubspot), CRM systems (salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI through account-based marketing initiatives

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our key strategic accounts
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer and Marketing teams to drive engagement, nurture relationships, and ultimately, accelerate revenue growth within our strategic accounts
  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the goals and objectives of key strategic accounts
  • Account Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and prioritise key personas and individuals within accounts based on strategic importance, revenue potential, and alignment with hyperexponential revenue objectives
  • Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and personalized content tailored to the needs and challenges of target accounts
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target accounts across various touchpoints including email, social media, events, and digital advertising
  • Personalisation and Customisation: Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing initiatives and deliver targeted messaging to key stakeholders within strategic accounts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of account-based marketing initiatives with broader organisational goals and strategies
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
