Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in partnership activation, sales enablement, marketing, sales/account management, client success, or a related field

What the job involves
- DailyPay’s Partnerships Go-to-Market Strategy Team is responsible for designing, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy with each partner in our network of strategic Partners
- The Go-to-Market Strategy Manager role works closely with DailyPay’s Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to collaborate and strategize on campaigns and initiatives that aim to drive referrals, build partnership strength, educate the market, and increase brand awareness
- This role includes managing a portfolio of Integration & Referral Partners, across HCM, TMS, Payroll, and financial institutions, by creating go-to-market plans tailored to their specific strategies, developing sales activation and enablement programs, and coordinating campaigns with Partner contacts and internal stakeholders
- Serve as an ongoing relationship manager for your assigned portfolio of Partners, developing strong working relationships with your key stakeholders
- Develop, own, and drive a GTM playbook including a sales activation program and joint marketing plan for each Partner in your portfolio
- Ensure DailyPay is top of mind by creating value propositions, messaging, and campaigns optimized for your portfolio of Partners and their Sales Teams
- Work with your Partnership GTM peers to create scalable processes and templatized projects that can be used to support the needs of a variety of partners
- Act as a project owner, translating multiple inputs into cohesive and prioritized plans centered around business outputs
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and market feedback through internal resources and external researchCollaborate with our Partners on initiatives including:
- Sales collateral & marketing materials
- Internal & external communications
- Sales engagement & incentive programs
- Case studies & blogs
- Webinars & events
- Press releases & media strategy
- Digital advertising & social media campaigns

The fast-growing on-demand pay sector is fuelled both by added financial stressors for employees post-pandemic, and a real employee appetite for on-demand pay - in addition to hopes it will combat the draw of predatory payday loans. Multiple surveys suggest over half consider it an attractive benefit. This should incentivize adoption, as companies are likely to enjoy a competitive edge when it comes to employee recruitment and retention.
