  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, expertly navigate the sales process to deliver results
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with industry-leading Solutions Directors, Principal Consultants, and internal teams to create compelling value propositions
  • Work closely with your assigned BDR to design and execute targeted account campaigns
  • Leverage our Channel Sales team and Partner ecosystem to unlock opportunities
  • Shape the Future: Stay ahead of industry trends, learn new technologies, and contribute insights to enhance Deepwatch’s product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver Impactful Messaging: Articulate and position Deepwatch’s transformational cybersecurity solutions to Security Leadership (CISOs, VPs, Senior Directors, and other key decision-makers), prospects and customers
  • Learn new technologies, while contributing to the company strategy and product roadmap to solve business problems
  • Use a proven sales methodology, such as MEDPICC, and approach prospective customers focusing on Selling Business Value, Solving Business Problems and Delivering Customer Outcomes
  • Engage internal and external resources at appropriate times during sales cycles
  • Relentlessly build a 5x pipeline ($1M per month after 90-days) without expecting leads from marketing or channel partners
  • Develop targeted, strategic account plans and ensure they are understood by the extended team
  • Prioritize your work and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce CRM
  • Operationalize a diverse book of business vs focusing exclusively on prior/existing relationships
  • Remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends
  • Travel within your assigned region/territory to visit prospective customers and partners (often with short notice)

Our take

With increased digital transformation and cloud adoption, businesses have ever-more complex systems to protect, making it harder to ensure everything remains cybersecure. Deepwatch supplies Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, combining its technology and expertise to optimize protections for its clients, mitigate risk, and improve security outcomes.

Grasping the need for greater security for digital platforms, applications, and data, Deepwatch has built a cloud SecOps platform, upon which its services run. Its managed services are tailored to the requirements of each individual client, and involve a team of security experts collaborating with the business to gain an in-depth knowledge of their security requirements and specific areas of risk to target.

Competition for Deepwatch comes from companies such as Paladion, Crypsis, and ExtraHop. However, the demand for managed cybersecurity solutions is growing and - given there is a general cybersecurity skills shortage - security management companies like Deepwatch are becoming increasingly necessary. Funding raised by the company will allow it to grow to meet this demand, by accelerating innovation and development, and expanding its partner ecosystem.
