Role
Who you are
- You have a track record in Account Management (ideally managing a high volume of SME accounts)
- You can talk shop with a dealership owner or dive into the weeds with a marketing manager, adapting your style to fit the room
- You don't just see numbers; you see a narrative. You can explain the 'so what' behind the data to a non-technical audience
- You are naturally organised, results-driven, and enjoy negotiating deals that benefit both the client and the business

What the job involves
- Reports To: Sales Manager
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Manage a high-volume account base, becoming the trusted go-to expert for our suite of advertising solutions
- Use performance analytics to highlight value, proactively identifying trends that help dealerships stay ahead of the competition
- Execute a structured call cycle to review campaign performance, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and secure long-term retention
- Work with autonomy to meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs through smart negotiation and relationship management
